Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "the Player", "User", "you") and fe999 (hereinafter "fe999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting service available at fe999.vip.

By accessing fe999.vip, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

These Terms apply to all services offered by fe999, including but not limited to: casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, cricket betting, crash games, esports wagering, promotional offers, and any future product categories added to the platform. Where specific products or promotions carry additional terms, those supplementary terms are to be read alongside this Agreement.

fe999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to fe999 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously. You must confirm your eligibility before registering an account or placing any wager.

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing fe999 for your own personal entertainment and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of fe999 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from fe999 under any prior account.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is expressly prohibited.

fe999 may request identity verification documents at any stage of the player lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during any routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restriction or closure.

Minors must be actively prevented from accessing fe999. If you share a device with minors, it is your responsibility to ensure that fe999 is not accessible to them. fe999 recommends the use of parental control software on shared devices.

Account Registration

To access the full range of fe999's gaming and betting services, you must create a single registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. fe999 is entitled to rely on the information you provide and is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account details.

• Each player may hold only one (1) active account on fe999. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.
• Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. fe999 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify fe999 support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.
• fe999 reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time. Where verification is requested, play and withdrawals may be suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

fe999 may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account for any applicant without being required to provide a reason. Where an application is declined, any deposit made in anticipation of a successful registration will be returned via the original payment method.

Deposits & Withdrawals

fe999 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored specifically to the Bangladesh market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or USDT where applicable. The following transaction terms apply to all player accounts.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as part of fe999's anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• fe999 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently of fe999.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification review prior to processing. fe999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal.
• fe999 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to a player's account balance if the withdrawal request remains unprocessed due to incomplete verification within 7 calendar days.
• Funds deposited to fe999 accounts earn no interest and may only be used for wagering on the platform.

fe999 operates full AML and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance procedures in line with international best-practice standards. Any account that triggers an AML alert may be suspended pending investigation. fe999 is entitled to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities where required.

Bonuses & Promotions

fe999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, together with any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time it is claimed.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements have been met in full, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Bonus Eligibility: Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts is prohibited.

• Expiry: All bonus offers have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used before the stated expiry date will be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus balance is active on your account, a maximum single bet limit applies. Bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Opt-Out: Players may opt out of receiving bonus offers at any time by contacting fe999 support. Once opted out, the player's account will not receive promotional bonuses unless they actively opt back in.

Gameplay & Fair Use

For sports betting and cricket markets, fe999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event for which incorrect odds were published due to a manifest error. In such cases, the full stake will be returned to the player's balance. fe999 also reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single event or accumulator bet.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on fe999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — referral of the matter to relevant legal authorities.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating more than one account on fe999, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Attempting to use fe999 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sports betting markets, or any other platform feature.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage on casino games, crash games, or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known error are void and subject to reclamation.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit transaction made to your fe999 account after using those funds for wagering.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fe999 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to access fe999 from a restricted jurisdiction or to circumvent geographic access controls.
• Accessing fe999 if you are under the age of 18 or if gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction.

fe999 employs advanced fraud detection and player monitoring systems that operate continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, fe999 reserves the right to act without prior notice, including freezing account balances pending investigation, permanent account closure, and legal action where warranted.

Intellectual Property

All content published on fe999.vip — including but not limited to the fe999 brand name, logo, platform design, graphical elements, software interfaces, written content, promotional materials, game artwork (where provided by fe999 directly), and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of fe999 or its licensed content partners, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fe999 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any fe999 content without express written permission from fe999.
• The game content provided on fe999 (slots, live casino streams, sports data) is licensed to fe999 by third-party providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. No rights in that content are transferred to you by virtue of your use of fe999.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to fe999 may be used by fe999 at its discretion without compensation or attribution.

Any unauthorised use of fe999's intellectual property constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may also infringe applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, exposing the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fe999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access.

fe999 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily restrict access to some or all platform features. fe999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

• fe999's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action arising from or relating to these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to fe999 in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• fe999 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• fe999 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or from any action taken by a third party who gains access to your account as a result of your negligence.
• fe999 is not liable for any malfunction, error, or interruption to internet or mobile network services outside fe999's direct control that affects your ability to access the platform or complete a transaction.

Account Suspension & Closure

fe999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player or a responsible gaming intervention triggered on the player's behalf.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring fe999 to restrict account access.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by fe999 for reasons not attributable to a player breach, the player's available balance (excluding any active bonus funds) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting fe999 support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will continue to be processed to completion.

Responsible Gaming

fe999 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides a suite of player protection tools designed to help users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting support.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.

Amendments & Governing Law

fe999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, fe999 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than 7 days after notification for material changes. Minor clarifications and typographical corrections may take effect immediately without advance notice.

Your continued use of the fe999 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law and the applicable laws governing electronic commerce and consumer protection. fe999 operates as an international online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

Any dispute arising between you and fe999 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with fe999's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration. fe999's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation of these Terms, the operation of the platform, and the calculation of player balances shall be final, subject only to the arbitration process described herein.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of fe999 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
